This Gourmet du Village Cheesy Corn Baked Dip Mix is delicious and easy to make.
Add a can of corn, cream cheese and this Herb & Spice to a bowl, blend, bake in the oven and serve hot with a cheesy crust.
Makes 4 cups of dip.
All you need:
- 15-30 ml (1-2 tbsp) Cheesy Corn Dip mix, to taste (included)
- 398 ml (14 oz) can, refried beans
- 6 hard shell corn tostadas
- 6 eggs
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) Cheddar, shredded
